3 Exercising Tips For Middle Distance Runners

FastTwitchGrandma is back with yet another seasoned sprinting video session. This time the focus is laid upon the core of the human body. A greater core offers a stable body which in turn helps us to run more vigorously and as fast as possible.

This core session conducted by FastTwitchGrandma is for middle distance runners. Stressing the importance of greater core and a stable body, the video offers three basic instruction tips for exercising regularly in order to improve as a runner.

These are:

1. Single Leg Mountain Climbers – 4 reps, Double Leg Mountain Climber – 1 rep, Push-up – 1 rep.                                                               These initial exercises are to be concluded in first 30 seconds.

2. The second exercise is the runner’s crunch which again has a timer of about 30 seconds.

3. And lastly, we have Single Arm & Single Leg Plank – 4 reps, Lateral Bear Crawl – 4 reps again for a time period of around 30 secs.

With an emphasis laid on the core of the body, the whole session ideally targets the movement of a runner and how he/she can improve and excel on the track. These small tips can surely make you a free-flowing runner with an ability to beat even the best-in-world. For more insight, watch the video now Workout For Runners
